Teachers often choose to supplement classroom curriculum and materials with special purchases. We love that our teachers dream big and are always looking for ways to make their classrooms fun and exciting. Should you want to bless one of our teachers, you can find a list below of teacher Amazon wish lists.

  • Does Kardia have a Hot Lunch Program?
    Kardia offers a Hot Lunch program for all students at an extra cost per meal. Options are set for certain days and include tacos from Fajita Pete's, chicken nuggets from Chick-Fil-A, and burgers from Creekside Grill. Fore information, visit Kardia's Hot Lunch Program.
  • Does Kardia have a student to teacher ratio?
    Kardia is an intentionally small school. Kindergarten: 1 teacher-15 students; 1st-6th: 1 teacher-15 students
  • Are uniforms required at Kardia?
    Yes. Please view our Uniform Guide for more information.
  • What documents are required when applying?
    For each individual student, we require a copy of the following forms and documents during the application process: Report Card/Transcript Attendance Record Behavior Report(s) Standardized Testing Scores Please have a copy of each of these ready before you begin the online application process.
  • How may we visit the school?
    We gladly receive visitors for tours throughout the school year and during summer office hours. Please fill out a tour request or call the office at 281-378-4050 to arrange a time to tour with us.
  • How do we apply to Kardia Christian Academy?
    Our application process is online through the FACTS Student Information System, which provides you the ability to track the status of your child's application. Visit our Admissions - Application Process page for more information.
  • What is the Registration Fee?
    The Registration Fee includes school supplies, curriculum, and technology. This fee is due at the time of application and is non-refundable. For the 2024-25 school year, the Registration Fee for Elementary Students is $910, and for Middle School Students is $975. Discounts If paid on *Opening Day, applicants receive a $250 discount. *(In-House/Returning Student: January 30, 2024; Public/New Student: January 31, 2024).
  • Finalize enrollment +
    Once your application is approved, you will then need to begin the Enrollment Process. An administrative staff member will walk you through these steps at the time of the acceptance call. Note: Enrollment fees must be paid at this time.
  • Application review +
    The administration staff will review the application and requested documents. Families will then be called to inform them of the admissions acceptance decision. Middle School Applicants will need to take an entrance assessment before a final decision can be made. Assessment information will be given after the application is reviewed. Note: If you are completing the application during the school year, a 3-day class trial is required before finalizing enrollment.
  • Get to know us +
    We invite you to review our website to learn more about Kardia, including our Mission Statements and Curriculum, as well as our Tuition & Fees, Before & After School Care options, and The Adventure Preschool for any younger siblings. Should you need more information than is available on our website, please complete the more information request form and our Admissions Office will contact you directly to answer any questions you may have.
  • Complete and submit application +
    After your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. Continue to complete all required steps and submit the application. You will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. Note: A non-refundable fee of $100 is due at the time of application. This is a one-time fee per each new family.
  • Tour our campus +
    Schedule a private tour of our campus and to meet with one of our administrators. Fill out the tour inquiry form and a member of our staff will contact you with details. We look forward to meeting you and your family!
  • Create a FACTS Account +
    Our application process is online through the FACTS Student Information System, which provides you the ability to track the status of your child's application. To begin the Online Application process, you will need to Create an Account in FACTS. Once this is done, you will receive an email containing a verification link. You will need to verify your email before you can begin the next step in the process.
  • Collect required documents +
    Before you begin the online application process, please have a copy ready to upload to your child’s application of his/her most recent: Report Card/Transcript Attendance Record Behavior Report(s) Standardized Testing Scores
  • Tuition Payment Plan Options & Discounts
    During Online Enrollment, each family will select a Payment Plan relative to methods and timing of payments via FACTS Tuition Management. Tuition may be paid: in one lump sum on or before September 1 (for a 5% discount), in two payments on or before September 1, and January 1 (for a 2% discount), or in ten monthly payments beginning August 1 and ending May 1. Note: Students enrolling after the first full month of school will receive prorated tuition based on months remaining in the school year. The Registration Fee will not be prorated at any time.
  • FACTS Payment Methods
    Payment options available are automatic bank draft and debit/credit card. Note: Debit/Credit card payments incur a 2.85% processing fee.
  • Other Fees & ​Incidental Charges
    Tuition payments are remitted through FACTS for an annual fee of $20-50, based on number of payments. Note: FACTS assesses a $30 fee for any returned payments.​ ​Incidental Charges (billed separately each month through FACTS) include but are not limited to: Red Chapel Polo Embroidery, Field Trips, Late Arrival/No Lunch Fees, and Before/After School Care tuition.
  • Before & After Care
    We offer before- and after-school care throughout the schoolyear on a monthly payment plan. Days and times flexible upon your choosing within the provided timeframes. Drop-ins are allowed, but require a 24-hour notice, as we are required to maintain a student/teacher ratio. Limited space is available. Drop-ins are $25/day but please note the rate will double if we do not receive proper notice. Note: Kardia will apply a late fee of $5 per minute after 5:30 PM.

These lists are personal and provided by the teachers. Participation is optional. Any gifts purchased through the Amazon wish list program will be the teacher's personal property. If your child's teacher isn't listed, encourage them to submit their wish list to lalexander@kca.life.
